Welcome to the GTR’s first cycle studio. Take part in this high energy, non-impact cardio workout that is designed for ALL fitness levels. Let the REVOLUTION begin.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • The fit of your bike is very important. Let your instructor guide you on that.
  • The seat can be a bit uncomfortable on your first few rides. It is important to push your tail to the back of the saddle when you ride. If you are still uncomfortable after three or four rides, check in with your instructor to refit your bike. Don’t give up!
  • Make sure to get a towel and have water when you ride as you will get a good sweat going.
  • Your gear and cadence designate the intensity of your ride. Turning the gear knob right makes it harder to pedal. Please go at your own pace and gear level. This is the beauty of cycle, all fitness levels can enjoy the same class.
  • It is best to go on-line or call in to reserve a bike for your class time. You can reserve the bike of your choice.

Classes usually last 45-60 minutes.

Effective Nov. 12, we will alternate Fusion/Cycle on Saturdays. Fusion will be open to Cycle members.
