Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles … without the impact and injuries!
 Set to upbeat music (to keep you motivated), our 55-minute class includes a sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and plank as well as a series of ballet barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighs, seat series on the barre, abs and lots of stretching.

Barre burns your muscles to their fullest potential and then stretches and elongates them to give you a long, lean, toned look.  Think smaller waistlines, thinner thighs, lifted, stronger seats, flatter abs. Barre tones — come see for yourself!

No dance experience required! We offer many modifications and our instructors will make sure you are in the correct position in class. We’re very hands-on and our main priority is your safety.
