There is a fitness class for you at the Fitness Factor! We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels from traditional step training, aerobics, and indoor cycle classes to specialty classes such as HIIT, tabata, circuit and interval training. For those needing a little lower routine, we also have low impact aerobics classes and special class designed for seniors. Looking for flexibility improvement? We offer both yoga and pilates. Our instructors are certified and stay up to date by attending conventions and workshops. We take pride in offering our members the most extensive and diversified fitness class schedule in the area.
